The NBA’s 2021 in-town program starts Feb. 7 at the Civic Center.
We've made times changes listed below to accommodate all players. In addition, please see the guidelines below. The success and completion of this 5-week program depends heavily on safety and following our COVID guidelines.
The new times are as follows:
Kindergarten -- 8-8:50 a.m.
Grade 1 Boys -- 9-9:50 a.m.
Grades 1-2 Girls -- 10-10:50 a.m.
Grades 3-5 Girls -- 11 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. (last names A-L)
Grades 3-5 Girls -- 12:15-1:20 p.m. (last names M-Z)
Grades 3-5 Boys -- 1:30-2:35 p.m. (last names A-K)
Grades 3-5 Boys -- 2:45-3:50 p.m. (last names L-Z)
Grade 2 Boys -- 4-4:50 p.m.
Important notes
Please only attend if you are registered.
Please only attend in your assigned slot.
After the first week no refunds will be provided.
Parents are not allowed in the gym during the sessions.
Attendance will be taken at each session for contact tracing purposes.
Entry to the gym will be through the front entrance, all players must exit through the rear of the gym along the ramp in the back of the Civic Center parking lot.
Players may not enter the gym until the previous session’s players have exited and the equipment has been sanitized.
Players are asked to leave the court promptly at the end of each session and parents are asked to be ON TIME and waiting for their players outside.
Overview
The cooperation and support of parents is critical as our volunteer coaches oversee the safety and enjoyment of the players in this program. Please make sure your player is capable of being in the gym without a parent.
Please read through these important details before attending in-town basketball. Please review our COVID-19 guidelines as well. When you registered, you signed a waiver regarding COVID-19.
Participation in the NBA’s in-town program during the COVID-19 pandemic is a risk. Parents and guardians of NBA players as well as NBA coaches take sole responsibility for their risk.
State or NBA guidelines could change without notice. The season could end at any time due to state guidelines or based on the discretion of the NBA Board of Directors. Please review the refund policy below.

In-Town Basketball
COVID-19 policies and procedures will be in place. Mask wearing is a requirement for all participants (including while playing).
If a player does not feel well, please do not attend the NBA in-town program
If a player tests positive after being at the NBA in-town program, please notify your coach or director for contact tracing.
A full refund will be issued if the season is cancelled prior to any sessions being held.
No refund will be issued for a participant that withdraws after the first session.
No refund will be issued if a participant is removed for violation of NBA COVID policies.
No refund will be issued for a participant due to a COVID-19 diagnosis.
Health Check
Prior to participation in any NBA event, the following health check must be performed by participants and spectators (if allowed).
Have you experienced a fever of 100.4 F or greater in the past 14 days?
Have you received a positive result from a COVID-19 test within the past 14 days?
In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with anyone that has or had symptoms of COVID-19 that required you to quarantine?
In the past 14 days, have you or someone you have been in close contact with traveled to an area that required quarantine upon return?
In the past 14 days, have you experienced any of the following symptoms not attributed to another health condition? Cough, loss of smell or taste, runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat
If you are waiting for the results of a COVID test, please don’t attend.
Any participant that has answered YES to any of the above questions must stay home and not participate.
